Wonderful news!

That temple looks a lot like the one here in San Diego. I wonder if they're all constructed with similar architecture?

The California temples look fairly similar, but there's no set standard for what they have to look like. Some of the ones in Utah look like spaceships, I'm not even kidding. They're round. Architecturally speaking, the thing that's the most similar is that they're white and have an Angel Moroni on the east tower.

It was a really great day. =D

And re: temple architecture, Mormons are great at finding a design and sticking to it. Temples and newer meeting houese have cookie cutter architectural designs, so you can always tell which era they were built from the design. They practically have it down to a science.

I'll give you Mormons this: when you name something a temple, it looks like a frickin' TEMPLE.

Looks like you got to see a beautiful day in the City! Lucky, considering the rains we've had here recently.

Yay for the Wrestler and the Philosopher!

LOL, the funny thing is that I took that picture a couple days before the wedding. The day of was the one day during the entire week when it rained in SF/Oakland. So we couldn't get the pictures in front of the temple that the Philosopher really wanted. And then, of course, it cleared up a half hour after we left. Oh, weather.

YAYZ FOR THEM
