Dec. 28th, 2005 05:10 pmChristmas came and went and was joyful and happy and overwhelming, same as always. I got some pretty exciting loot and had the joy of picking out some great gifts for the rest of the fam. Spent most on the Da but seeing as Band of Brothers also works as a gift for myself I don't regret a penny of it.
I got the Collector's Edition of Batman Begins that comes with a nifty graphic novel. As we were watching the movie last night I had a neat thought. ( Read more... )
Because Christmas was on a Sunday we had to wake up at the crack of dawn if we wanted to open presents before church. It was kind of neat, reminded me of the old days when my brothers and I wouldn't be able to sleep all night because we were so excited. It was especially poignant to have both of my brothers at home. This was the first time in 5 years that we've been a family for the holidays.
Got out and saw King Kong the Friday before Christmas. ( Read more... )
The New Year is nearly upon us. I wonder what 2006 will hold for us all.
