I don't know how it would be different, but I know what I'd be doing -- I'm a natural forager, and I'd probably be in the jungle every day looking for luggage, roots, fruit, just..... stuff.

But I wouldn't go alone in case the monster was out there

I'd probably be one of the side characters, helping out with Sun's garden or just lying around writing in my notebook. I'd probably go foraging with shirebound, cause I don't want the monster to get us. :)

Writing in the notebook would be useful as I don't think there's anyone on the island who is actually keeping a record of everything that's going on. Bigtime oversite.

Well, I worked residential construction from fourteen to twenty, so I would imagine the housing would be a bit better. =)

Also, the entire island would be thrown out-of-whack by having someone with a normal, boring upbringing who has never killed anyone or been involved in some sort of scandal on it. I would imagine that the world's axis would reverse and we would all be flung into space.

Maybe my boring-ness is really the result of a mind-altering program I had to go through several years ago as a result of my life as an assassin-for-hire. I had to be boring in order to be hidden!
