I'm on such a tv high today. There was the Farscape minseries the past few days and tonight there's Lost and I'm just filled with so much love for all of my wonderful television shows, both past and present. TV has never been my reason for living but boy, it sure has made my life that much more entertaining. Now I'm torn between wanting to be shot out of a wormhole on the other side of the galaxy or finding myself stranded on a deserted island with all sorts of ... interesting people.

I'm moving on Saturday and I was supposed to be packing last night, but I got bogged down watching one of the Young Indy tapes I had popped in to provide some background noise. I can see why I loved it so much when I was a kid but, wow, there's so much more that Georgie could have done with that show. Sean Patrick Flannery's Indy is just about the woobiest character ever acted, however.

This has been a good week, so far.

If by "woobiest" you mean "oh-my-god-you-are-the-hottest-thing-in-a-fedora-thank-god-i-know-you-are-really-24-playing-this-role-because-i-have-never-wanted-to-deflower-a-16-year-old-more-and-then-yipes-you're-all-at-war-and-worldly-wise-at-17-and-holy-cow-how-did-you-end-up-on-that-desert-island-showering-under-a-waterfall-and-why-didn't-they-put-the-one-where-you-and-Mata-Hari-go-at-it-out-on-video-because-that-was-hot-and-can-i-just-follow-you-around-and-service-you-forever?" then yes, I agree.

Also agree that the show could have been better. But SPF makes up for all shortfalls, in my mind.

Meanwhile, good luck with your move! And yay! Lost tonight!

Oh my gosh, he totally makes up for any and all shortfalls. He just has to sit there and I love him, love him, love him.

And thank goodness he was 24 when they were filming cause, damn, it's not right for an underage kid to look that good.

finally!!

I couldn't have loved the mini-series more if they paid me. Well, I could have loved it more if Crichton had just popped out of my tv screen and appeared in front of me, but I'll settle for loving him from a distance.

And D'ARGO!!! I refuse to believe that his part of the story is over. I have the strongest desire to run out and spend $100+ on the first season on dvd. Must watch more Farscape.

no kidding! i was in tears that entire scene...poor, poor Chiana...
and what about the scene when Crichton wakes up from his catatonic state to cuddle the baby? i mean, c'mon! how much more joy and happiness could have come out of that!

I shall be doing granddaughterly duties on Saturday, but I might walk by on Sunday. Or I might just stand in the courtyard and yell, "Men of the West, hear me now!" until you answer.

Hmm, the Uncharted Territories or a mysterious island. That's a tough choice. I think I'd have to take the UTs just because there are probably so many mysterious planets and islands and such floating around. Maybe the interesting people on the deserted island could all get shot through the wormhole also, so you could have both, lol.

See, I'm torn, on one hand the Uncharted Territories are full of wonders and mysteries the likes of which I can't possibly imagine as well as fascinating beings and leather-clad PKs but on the other hand they're frelling dangerous and I'm not quite certain that I want to risk ending up in an Aurora Chair or anything nasty and torturous like that.

But there's also danger on the mysterious South Pacific island and I.just.don't.know! I'll just have to find a way to visit both places.
