Just got back from a lovely lunch with baylorsr who introduced me to a restaurant that I will never stop going to, if only for their tomato-mozarella salad. Much fun was had, then pin and bumpersticker were ransomed and if I said we didn't talk about hobbits, Lord of the Rings, Billy or Zeke I would be a filthy, filthy liar;-)

Still recovering from the horrible skunking on Saturday night. The Pup was once again sprayed by a loathsome creature that had the temerity to invade our backyard. Much drama ensued, the Big Lug was called home in a panic by the Mum, even though there wasn't anything he could do that I wasn't already doing.

Poor dog, he was so lonely because I wouldn't let him into my room that night. He whined and whined and whined.

I'm all a dither. Got a new cell-phone over the weekend and it's beautiful and I never want to stop flipping it open and looking at the pretty, shiny screen.

Weekends go by much too quickly.

Incidentally, saw that you called me on Saturday. Think I was doing the finishing touches on my primping and preening or something... You must have been trying out the new phone, huh? Damn, cause I would've have gotten a real kick out of hearing the Star Trek theme when you called!

Oh yes, it's definitely a trend. When you call you will now be accompanied (on my end) by the dulcet tones of 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life'. Everyone needs more Python in her life;-).
