liptonrm_backupHi! I took a test! But it's over now. *knocks on wood* And then I had to take another test, but that's over too. *knocks on more wood* So what have I been doing with all of this copious free time? Why playing Sims 3, of course.
Baylor got it for me as a graduation present. Actually, I've been dividing myself between creating characters and setting up houses on Sims 3 and playing my old characters on Sims 2. It's a valid life choice.
However, the joy of Sims 3 is that the characters will go and do things when you're not watching, and then suddenly you have dogs and cats living together and you have no idea how any of it happened, but it's rather delightful in its randomness. So, even though I'm still not done making all of my characters, I thought I'd share what I have so far and the very random things that they've started doing.

Baylor is engaged to Alex Krycek and they have two sons, Gavin (a teenager) and Shad (a child). Gavin is excitable, a bookworm, loves the outdoors, and unlucky while Shad is evil, excitable, and a mooch. Gavin and Shad live with their mother.
Hiyacynth is dating Rufus Turner and they have a daughter named Sandi (an infant). Sandi is friendly and artistic and also lives with her mother.
Leonard McCoy married a random coworker. They have a daughter named Gretchen (a toddler) who is artistic and a genius.
Dean Winchester is dating Viggo Mortensen.
Jim Kirk is dating Leah Cairns.
Dana Scully adopted a daughter named Kindra (a toddler). Kindra is a genius and loves the outdoors. After adopting her daughter she married Sam Winchester who changed his name to Scully. How, Sam still lives at home with his brother.
Tracie Dinwiddie is dating Kara Thrace.
Spock is dating a random coworker.
Montgomery Scott is dating Rachel Nieland.
Pavel Chekov is dating Mickey Smith.
Also, Dodger hates Evie Lilly, Hiyacynth hates Alex Krycek, and Mulder hates Misha Collins. And Scully is partners with Henricksen, Reid is partners with Dean, and Mulder is partners with Skinner.
I am very good at my job and I hate my boss. I don't have any partners, though I do have romantic interest in Dean and Bones, who are both in committed relationships. Thank goodness Misha Collins is my BFF and he always knows where to get the primo weed.
I'm sure you all found that so fascinating. I love my computer game soap opera.

Sam wants everyone to know that his love for Scully is real and true. Especially his jackass brother.
Let us now try to come up with a TV show (that we would watch) whereon Scully and Henricksen would be partners. What am I saying, I would watch the shit out of a show with Scully and Henricksen as partners, even if it was the crappiest thing on television.
Yeah, Dean/Viggo is still strange.
Dodger does still have a crush on Misha. In fact, she and Misha went out to the pool and now they're dating. However, Dodger got kind of pushy in her desire to make out and Misha ran away like a scared bunny. Dodger is insatiable.

Date: 2011-03-11 03:45 am (UTC)Scully is a college professor in science at some local crap college. She is very smart and underappreciated and super-bored with her life. Henricksen is an ex-FBI agent who tracks down missing people for a living. He has evidence on a case he needs run thorugh a lab. He figures he can sweet talk the crappy college professor - only he gets Scully instead. They solve a case together. Then they eat coney dogs at the local diner.
Dean and Reid are two local detectives who keep crossing paths with them. Dean flirts with Scully nonstop. Reid just stares at Henricksen with his Reid-Face. Henricksen gets Scully a gun, if she is going to insist on coming with him on location and shit. Dean thinks he will take her to the gun range and teach her to shoot and she will fall madly in love with him. Finally she gives in and goes with him and shoots a gun all badass and is like, "Huh. Guess I didn't need lessons after all," and then walks away all bamf and Dean IS IN LOVE and Henricksen laughs and laughs.
And then they eat olive burgers.
And then Reid says his first line of the episode, "Victor's got the tab," because OMG, history there we don't know about!
