(no subject)

Of the good: My computer is finally up and running again. Holy Hand Grenade, I cannot verbalize how good it feels to have my baby back. The days were long and dark without my computer and especially without the internetz. But now they've both been returned to me. All Hail.

Of the bad: My computer's been completely wiped. All of my files are gone including, but not limited to, fanfic, cover art, mix art, book formats, family pictures from the last three years (including all of the pictures I took on my trip last summer), and the .avi file of Miss Austen Regrets that I grr arghed. Unfortunately, not everything is backed up, though much of it recoverable (though not all of it). Thankfully all of my music, videos, and tv shows are stored on the external hard drive. I guess this is what I get for being a back-up procrastinator. *sighs*

But all is not doom and gloom. Show is on tonight and the world has been returned to me. Everything else is just details.
