So Let it Be Written

Just got back from a lovely lunch with baylorsr who introduced me to a restaurant that I will never stop going to, if only for their tomato-mozarella salad. Much fun was had, then pin and bumpersticker were ransomed and if I said we didn't talk about hobbits, Lord of the Rings, Billy or Zeke I would be a filthy, filthy liar;-)

Still recovering from the horrible skunking on Saturday night. The Pup was once again sprayed by a loathsome creature that had the temerity to invade our backyard. Much drama ensued, the Big Lug was called home in a panic by the Mum, even though there wasn't anything he could do that I wasn't already doing.

Poor dog, he was so lonely because I wouldn't let him into my room that night. He whined and whined and whined.

I'm all a dither. Got a new cell-phone over the weekend and it's beautiful and I never want to stop flipping it open and looking at the pretty, shiny screen.

Weekends go by much too quickly.
