The Winter of our Discontent

liptonrm_backupGah! I hate snow, I hate cold and if spring doesn't show up soon my head might just explode. O cruel weather, taunting us with your possible loveliness and then thrusting us back down into the hell of late winter. I am saddened and appalled by your heartless behaviour.
Went to the GR and saw Andrea on Saturday. We spent a day eating, driving and watching cheesy movies. I hadn't seen the Bill&Ted flicks in years and now I've seen enough to last me a few more years. I've seriously got to learn how to turn my brain off while I watch movies. I think way too much sometimes;-). It was an enjoyable day and I think we've made plans to take a northern MI road trip this summer. Yay, Road Trip! If I can't afford to go to Ireland (or Scotland or England or Wales or Spain or Italy or etc...;-) then I will gladly settle for a trip through the Upper Peninsula in summer. So pretty;-).
Had spaghetti for dinner last night and I think I put too much garlic powder on my serving. I can still taste the essence of garlic in the back of my throat. I love garlic, but I'm not so fond of garlic in the morning.
