Jul. 21st, 2007 11:50 pmThe first thing I did upon seeing a copy of the last Harry Potter book ever was open it to the epilogue and spend a minute and a half skimming through it.
La La La I know how the book ends! hee
For the record, the photos released on the internetz were the real thing. This amuses me greatly.
If anyone feels like reading a completely different, completely speculatory account of the end of Harry Potter I'm still rather fond of All Stories End. Yes, I know self-pimping is rather gauche, and yet we all can't help but do it. Man, I love fandom. =D
I officially take back every nasty thing I've ever said about my family doctor. Yeah, he still needs prodding in the right direction but his staff got me an appointment with a rheumatologist for August 13th! Believe you me, that is absolutely incredible. I kinda want to make them all cookies.
You know who else for whom I want to make cookies? Eric Kripke. I read this s.3 spoilery interview with him and it made me flail. There are so many reasons to love our show and stuff like this is one of the big'uns. Carry on, Kripke&Co., carry on.
Randomly enough I put on the original Star Wars tonight. I've seen that movie ten million times and yet it never gets old.

And Albus Severus Potter: Seeker of Slytherin. (Because you know I want him to be in Slytherin now.)

Date: 2007-07-23 04:22 am (UTC)That is strange. And bizarre. And may be a harbinger of the End Times. I mean, it can't all be put down to coincidence. It's just too weird.

Date: 2007-07-23 04:28 am (UTC)But, in my defense, it took me 3 years to get around to reading the last one. If I don't know how it ends I won't be able to talk to anyone for months. And that gets kinda monotonous. ;-)
Enjoy your correct, orderly reading!
