Best. Cover art. Evar.

I, too, am in a mood. Spent all day at the library, tracking down sources for my midterm, reading said sources, and making a detailed outline. The plan was to stay there until I had a draft done (theory: without DVDs and LJ to distract me, I would ge more done). The plan did not account for the crap computers and chairs and the Skoal-chewing, germ-ridden punk next to me who either spat or sniffled loudly every three seconds for an hour. I only barely managed to restrain myself from fetching him some TP from the bathroom and saying, "Dude. Blow your fucking nose." Instead I came home and have been working mostly diligently since. However, it's taking forfuckingever to write this, and I have way too much background/community info in it, and I'm just now getting to the stuff about my interview and this thing is only supposed to be six pages long and it's gonna be way longer. And my citations are all gross and overboard and I'm trying to just rise above it for now and put in markers and fix it later, but how are you supposed to cite spoken remarks????

Why did I ever think this was a good idea?

In sum: I think I also need a Doctor Who break.

I'd be taking a Who break right now if the freaking torrent would just download already! bleh

What the hell? That is so freaking rude. The very idea of someone chewing tobacco in a library makes me want to start yelling 'Protect the books!' ewewew

So sorry your paper is so outrageously frustrating. If it helps, my ALWD manual tells me that for interview citations all you need is "Interview with [insert name], [insert title] ([interview date])" I suppose if it's good enough for lawyers it might work for grad school.

Go forth and Who! Man, no matter how much I want to fic for that show my brain always comes up empty. It's so sad.

A beautiful collection. The choice of cover art resonates so well with the overall theme. Thank you.
