You wanna know what I did instead of watching Lost tonight? I sat on my couch and watched a documentary on PBS about the Supreme Courts, the Warren, Berger and Rehnquist courts in particular. And I enjoyed every minute of it. I discovered that Justice Hugo Black is a hero of mine and I cried when they talked about the Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas decision. I yelled at some talking head's interpretation of a Rehnquist court trend and then later amended my opinion in that the talking head might have been a little right (but not completely). And let's not forget that I got ridiculously excited that I had read the Lopez case that was the first limit on Congressional commerce power since the 30's.

You guys, if it wasn't already official, this definitely proves it; I am a nerd. It's awesome. Plus, you know, law school has warped my fragile little mind. =D

I'm sure I'll see Lost eventually. Probably. *shrugs* Whatever.

One day, I'm going to figure out how to really combine my law school nerdiness with my fandom preocupation and that will be the best day ever. Watch out, world.

That's okay, I didn't watch Lost either. I watched HP 3 and read my Art History text until my mind wandered. :)

Sigh. I watched Lost last night instead of writing because my brain was tired from the condo association meeting. I was bitterly annoyed and utterly unsurprised to find that, though they heavily advertised the fact that there are, in fact, other people on that freaking island, we STILL only saw Jack, Kate, and The Others.

So, so tired of them. Show me Charlie and Hurley and Desmond next week or lose me forever.

I conclude that your evening was better spent, and that your brain will one day take over the world.
