Sep. 12th, 2006 05:59 pmI am posting in a desperate attempt to avoid studying for Properties. I can already tell that that class is going to be the bane of my first term. I don't wanna learn about future interests. < /whine>
It's been raining all day. OK, let me rephrase that, its been raining ever since I got home from class at noon. It started to sprinkle as I was walking home from the bus and it hasn't let up since. It also rained all day yesterday. This, my friends, is MI in autumn. Strangely enough, I adore MI in autumn. Some of the trees are just beginning to turn and the days have cooled down to an acceptable temperature while the nights are just cold enough to give me the excuse to snuggle under my fuzzy blanket. It's a very comforting time of year. In a week or so I'll definitely have to make a trip out to the cider mill.
I'll just have to make sure to go on a Saturday afternoonto avoid the ritual sacrifice during the Spartan football game so as to miss the big crowds.
Speaking of football games, I have no idea who U-MI is playing this week. I should look into that. Then, during commercial breaks I can play The Victors really loud and annoy my neighbours. It'll be great.
I'm trying to think of something fun and cracky to contemplate while I'm finishing my homework but my mind is a big ol' blank. WOE Hmmm, maybe crazy crossovers? The world can always use more crazy crossovers. Hey, that's an idea. Give me an idea for the craziest, most out there crossover you can think of and I'll either drabble it or write up a fake summary or plot synopsis or something. That should be fun!

Date: 2006-09-13 04:12 pm (UTC)You are a brave, brave woman for going to law school. I would be so utterly lost, it isn't even funny.

Date: 2006-10-06 12:34 am (UTC)So missed tons. I didn't even know you were in law school! Congrats!! That's a toughy - I wish you luck!
Are you still living at home? It's that time of season again... I understand that school may get in the way this year, but we're still hoping you can come! Halloween Bash time!

Date: 2006-10-15 07:29 pm (UTC)Yeah, law school's a laugh riot. But selling my soul to the devil to pay off my student loans seemed a little too ... eternal for my taste. *wink*
I actually got my own place again a couple months ago, so that's a relief. And I am so tempted about the Halloween Bash. My responsible, stressed out side is telling me to not go but the other side is saying that I don't do anything on Saturdays anyway and if I don't have a little fun my brain is likely to explode.
That's my neurotic way of saying that I'm not sure yet, but I really wanna be there.
