I just had an ice cream sandwich. That is the definition of happiness.

Do you ever have a problem telling dreams from memories? Like this morning, I woke up and could remember the Mum mentioning that she had bought 10 lbs. of apples yesterday but then i couldn't remember if that conversation had actually happened or if it was something I had dreamed up. This would be strange if it didn't happen to me all of the time. It's a shame my brain isn't as organized as my computer because then I would always know whether I was accessing the 'memory' files or the 'dream' files and I'd never have this particular conundrum again.

BTW, it turned out to be a real memory. My mother purchased 10 lbs. of apples. For some reason I find this amusing. ;-)

I also find it amusing that no matter what fandom you're in you'll always find h/c fic. It's a Fannish Universal Constant.

Because all good things come in threes, I am also amused by the fact that today is 6/6/06. Obviously the Apocalypse is upon us. Let's break out the marshmallows and have a grand ol' s'more roast over the hellfire. Which leads me to ask, why did no one think to put together a Buffy ficathon for today? Fandom, you have utterly failed in your duty to entertain me.

I should go buy new glasses. I've been saying this for a month. And yet, I have not gone and done so. I must be the worst procrastinator I know.

That happens to me all the time. It's gotten me into a bit of trouble, too. :)

Our brains should let us know the difference between wake and dreaming, unless we really are living another whole life in our dreams that we don't even know about.

How sweet would that be? ;-)

I do have trouble telling dreams from memories sometimes, esp. when something so significant as someone buying something or saying something rather mundane to me. LOL!

Hee. Because who's bought what and running out of toothpaste and things of that nature are so vitally important to my way of life. *snicker*

At least we remember the important things, like Frodo. *nods*

I agree with your definition of happiness. ;) And I, too am amused by the date today. I keep remarking to my mom, "oooh, it's 6/6/06! what's going to happen?!" followed by lots of chortling. My mom just thinks I'm weird. :-\ I'm glad to find I'm not the only one being amused by the date! :P

I know!! And here I was, holding my tongue to stop myself from pointing out to anyone who would listen that the date 6/6/06 actually occurs more than once... and in fact occurs every millenium, so what the heck is so special about THIS 6/6/06? I would be more worried about June 6, 6006. Or 6066. Or 6666. But really, if it's three sixes we're waiting for, the world should have ended on June 6, 66 A.D. *nods*

I have also refrained from pointing out that 666 refers to a mark, not a date. And my restraint was all for nothing, since absolutely nothing happened. Pfft! >:-(

I need an ice cream sandwich...

*relieved sigh* *wipes sweat off forehead*

At least I'm not the only one. And, hey, it could be worse, I could have some freaky alien in my head trying to control my thoughts. I can honestly say I'm not that crazy, yet ...
