I am horrible about remembering birthdays but today is the shared day of two delightful ladies that I would be shamed to miss. shirebound, belegcuthalion, may this be a day of days and may the coming year be full of light and joy. I am so richly blessed to have you both in my life.

Yesterday was beautiful, all sunny and warm. I wore my favorite hippy outfit with the long flowing skirt and the light top and the sandals and it would've been perfect except I forgot that my feet had to be re-acclimated to sandal wearage so they're a little beat up at the moment. Still, it was great. It's grey and rainy today but that's nothing new in Michigan.

It's official, people only talk about the weather when they have absolutely nothing else to say. Wow.

I am bored. I am also hungry. Neither the carrots nor the kiwis I have here to eat are at all appealing or satisfying to me. Please entertain me so that I don't go and gorge on crap from the vending machine.

Oh no! I didn't entertain you in time! Obviously I need to be in front of my computer at all hours of the day and night. I only hope you were able to withstand the deadly temptation of the vending machine.

Ummmm, entertainment ... I'm afraid that besides my Ron prequel (which is oh so angstoriffic) the only thing I've been thinking about is my new favorite Narnia Sekrit Pretend world where I end up there as an adult and end up living in a house by the sea with a garden. It's very peaceful.
