liptonrm_backupI have wireless internet!!!! Now I can sit in my room and never feel bad about downloading stuff because I won't be using up memory on someone else's computer!!!!
There is much rejoicing.
Course, I've spent the better part of today updating my operating system and upgrading my security protocols but now I'm finally getting to the program downloading that I want to do. Watch out, iTunes, I'm looking in your direction.
OMG! BSG podcasts will soon be mine!
If you can't tell, I'm a little excited. ;-)
In other news, the Mum was watching Angels in the Outfield today (don't ask) and as the end credits rolled she was sure that they used music from Gettysburg, which prompted a whole VHS-DVD tangent. Suffice it to say that she was right, they were composed by the same guy, and the fam has been watching that movie all day. It amuses me how the movie is every Civil War re-enacter's dream come true. And the costuming people must have loved how extras came with their own historically accurate gear.
'K, I think the computer wants to restart, again. Oh the joys of updating/downloading.

OK, was a little more complicated but that's a whole story about the Da not knowing what he was doing and how I should've been in charge but, yeah, tangential. =D
