I saw Narnia last night and it was glorious and beautiful and everything I have ever imagined Narnia to be and so much more. It's been all I could think about and once I have my thoughts in order I'll have a much more coherent review up about it. Suffice it to say Best.Movie.of.the.Year.

This sweetness was a contrast to some bad news I got right before seeing the movie. Bad things in family land. I'm fairly sure that everything will work out for the best but I am happy to be down staying at Fangirl Central so that I don't have to deal with the brunt of the problem. A little selfish? Probably, but somethings can be generally overwhelming.

OMG. I want to go to Narnia. It's snowing up a storm here in ye ol' Michigan and it almost feel like if I squint just a little instead of cars I'll see sledges and instead of buildings I'll see trees.

Poor family drama bunny! Glad you're at FC and avoiding some fallout.

There was a package waiting for me when I came in this afternoon. You are the most wonderful friend! I followed the instructions and have left the bday present wrapped as it is not yet my bday, but I opened the others, and they are BEAUTIFUL!! I'm wearing them both right now! Did you make these yourselves??? Thank you so so so much I LOVE them.

Your gift will be delivered at Fangirl Central, as I am together enough to have obtained it but not together enough to be ready to mail them.

Tons of love and thanks!

YAY! You got the package! I'm so glad you enjoyed all the little goodies. Yeah, I made the scarfs, it's the one thing I can knit so I have to share with everybody. ;-)

Not to worry, you simply got the general Christmas box with added scarfs and birthday presents. There will be more good things waiting at FC. (omg i can't wait till new year! *squee*)

*hugs and loves*

OMG! Saw Narnia again last night and it was even better the 2nd time! I'm so in love.

Family drama not quite so dramatic as was conveyed in phone conversations. I have a feeling everything's going to work out well in the end. *hugs*

So White Witch, Aslan, yadda yadda yadda ... how was James McAvoy as Tumnus?

James McAvoy was fantastic. He was Mr. Tumnus and the way he interacted with Lucy was so adorable and wonderful and I love our little Miller/Leto/Tumnus to pieces. He did an amazing job.

Plus, bonus, spends whole movie shirtless (what is it with that boy and running around without his shirt on? He's gonna catch cold or something cause Narnia is much, much colder then Arakis).

I ask because I saw the behind-the-scenes special today and after several hours of an in-depth Richard Taylor lecture on the armor and the makeup, there was James McAvoy talking about being Mr. Tumnus, and why had I forgotten the boy is Scottish? becuz he is am now to faint excuse me bie *thud* *rises* Faramir Took *faints again*
