I am grateful that for the first time in five years my entire family is here to celebrate the holiday. I am grateful for my family and all of the love and support they give me. Even with all of the whining and complaining I have done this year I am grateful for the things I have learned. I have so much and usually don't appreciate all that I have been given.
I am especially grateful to all of you. Fandom has been my safe and comfortable place this year and it is due to all of the wonderful people who I have been blessed to meet. There are so many of you who I have only known for a year or less and yet I feel as if you have always been a part of my life. The world would be a darker place without your fellowship and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The day is cold and grey and snowy but the turkey is grilling and the pumpkin pies are baking and the house smells like home. It's going to be a good day.
