First off, a belated happy birthday to
crimsonoleander. I hope it was a wonderful day, chica!
We finally moved the Big Lug down to A2 last weekend. I actually spent Sunday with him, going to church and making a nice dinner. It's nice to have the car all to myself again, but if you all can keep a secret, I do have to admit that I miss the sod. Sssssh, don't tell anyone;-). It warms the cockles of my heart to know that he's going to U-M, though, and that he's enjoying his classes quite a bit.
Not much else to report. I do hope that everyone who's been effected by Hurricane Frances is doing well and I'm hoping that all of the butterflies in the world are flapping their wings so that Ivan turns and hits somewhere that is not Florida. Who does he think he is, terrorizing the poor, beleagured Floridians the way he is? Go and pick on someone else, like North Carolina, or maybe Mexico!
You know you've been watching too many reruns of The West Wing when you've suddenly come to the decision that being a White House staffer might just be one of the coolest jobs ever.
