liptonrm_backupWhile I was organizing photos the other day I realized that I never really shared any pictures from the Wedding Trip to SF this past February. Well that's just no good!
So here are a selected sampling. My only regret from the SF trip is that I got to see so little of the city itself. Because the Da booked us rooms down on Fisherman's Wharf I got to see the city but I didn't get to spend a lot of time actually in the city, especially considering all of the wedding things we had to do. It was funny, before the trip I thought for sure that I'd have plenty of time to explore, I just didn't realize how time consuming someone else's marriage could be.
What this all means is that I'll just have to go back and visit SF again. I mean, come on, I didn't even get to find the nuclear wessels in Alameda. < /bad Star Trek joke>
The City by the Bay
The one good thing about Fisherman's Wharf was the great view of the city skyline we got. Of which I took way too many pictures.
The seagull doubts my commitment to sparkle motion.
The SF Bay as seen from the Oakland hills.
Sea lions on the wharf. Apparently they'd been strangely absent and had only reappeared right before the Lipton Traveling Circus got there. So yay us.

I actually rode on the cable cars twice, once with my brothers, once with my parents and their friends. It was fun.
A picture of the Oakland Temple, the real focus of our trip.
And I love this shot of the Golden Gate Bridge highlighted against dark clouds. It's just neat.
