Today is the day on which all good Americans eat copious amounts of food. Oh the consumerism that is an integral part of our culture.

Things for which I am grateful:

Pie (especially the pies I've made, they are going to be ever so tasty)
Family (even though the Big Lug is acting like a little bitch and is making the Philosopher uncomfortable)
Friends (I have the awesomest f-list, just so you know)
Star Wars (baylorsr says that Thanksgiving would be easier if it was National Star Wars Day instead. I think she makes a valid point)
Pie (it can never be mentioned too many times).

In closing, and before I have to go pull the apple pie out of the oven and replace it with the rolls, I would like to offer something that I've seen all over but it can't be shared enough.
