Ha ha, I'm back, bitches.

Not that I think any of you are bitches in anyway, shape or form, it's just that I got done watching Star Wars III and seeing Samuel L. Jackson almost bring the mighty Jedi smack-down on the nascent Emperor is enough to make my vocabulary a bit ... saltier then usual.

And may I just state here and now for the world (or at least my little corner of it) to know that Ewan McGregor rocks my socks muchly. He made that dialogue feel good even if it sounded like tripe. I felt his pain and it was real. Unlike Anakin's which seemed like some sort of post-adolescent hissy fit but that is neither here nor there.

And I really hope that I'm not spoiling anyone when I say that I think that Mace Windu isn't really dead and that there have to be other Jedi hiding out there in the galaxy. At the very least Mary Sue and her Intrepid Band of Travellers (note the double ll's) must be alive and well and rocking out on the far edges of the galaxy.

Halloween was great fun and the Annual Bash was even more so. There are good times all around when one is able to reconnect with old college friends. I was the requisite single girl, but that's okay because I was so overcome by the happiness that my friends have found that I got a little choked up on the way home.

Of course, college friends aren't quite like fandom friends and my many instinctive phrases such as 'gay tv boyfriends' and 'bitter old fandom queen' and 'the slash goggles are never coming off' had to be ruthlessly repressed. But I did get to be somebody's lesbian girlfriend for all of two seconds, so that was fun. The duration was short because old friends know all of the sordid details of the past, including bookstore indiscretions which prove, at least in their eyes, that you don't swing that way. :-D

The Pup just won't leave me alone. He's sitting beside me, whining and begging me to itch his flea bites. He does this because he knows I'm a big ol' push-over. *pets the Pup*

There's a special, special edition of Office Space over at Best Buy complete with red stapler, coffee mug and mousepad that I was reeeeeaallly tempted to buy tonight but the Wrestler kept telling me I shouldn't because I would have to charge it. I think I'm going to go over tomorrow and buy it. He can never understand the genius that is that movie because he has never had his soul killed by working in an office. Also, Ron.

Well, I'm moved back into my parents' house and though I wrenched my pinkie finger and almost fell down the steps and feel like one gigantic bruise at least it is done. Now I just have to survive the insanity. And find a place to hook up my tv because I am missing valuable tv watching and that cannot be continued to go on.

I love you guys, you know that, right? *hugs*
