(no subject)

It's a glorious grey day here in Michigan. The weather is cooling down and the clouds loom delightfully in the sky. Bliss.

Had a greasy lunch that is starting to catch up to me. A reuben and fries, all laden in grease and delcicious but now sitting heavily in my stomach. It's my 'reward' for going off le diet, I suppose. Hey, my kitchen was empty, I had to eat something. I'll be back on track tomorrow. *decisive nod*

But, wow, were those fries good.

The annual Blues Fest is back this weekend. I'll have to check it out. My reaction to music is primal, inexplicable. I need it like I need air. Today there was a brass band on the state capitol steps playing and raising money for hurricane relief. They were great. Wish I could've stayed out there all afternoon.

What a dull day. I think we could all use a little cheering up. So, tell me what to write and I will write it, the whackier the better. Unless I can't in which case you'd be up a creek. But I promise to try really, really hard.

There's a new Goblet of Fire trailer circulating. I'm sure there are some interested parties out there. ;-)
