Yawn, Snore

oselle!!! I hope you have a wonderful day and an even better year!
Wow, I know, I'm actually typing up a regular journal entry instead of one of my bloated column thingies (just think of them as my brand of Headline News, the entertainment edition;-). Nothing much to report from the RL side of things, save the fact that I had my annual review yesterday. It went well, I got a raise, but the big dogs are still unwilling to hire me full-time, even though I'm the only administrative staff they have for two whole offices. I'm reaching the point where I'm ready to start making threats. Let's just see how well they do finding competent administrative help that'll only work part-time for $9/hr. Cheapskates.
I'm headed for A2 tonight, both to celebrate Dan's birthday and, while I'm at it, take the Big Lug out to dinner. I baked a cake for the birthday bash and purchased silly hats to celebrate with. It should be a fun evening.
It's really pretty outside. I love autumn, even if the cooler temperatures and the changing leaves do awaken my always pernicious wanderlust.
