End of Week Shenanigans

So, another end to another week. Once again, there has been very little happen on which I can comment. When I'm driving I always tend to think of interesting things to talk about (I drive a lot so I have oodles of thinking time during any given day;-) so there has to be something I can dig out of my poor, addled head;-).

I'm either insane, or I've been living in Michigan for much too long, but I've actually been enjoying the cold weather that's suddenly come upon us. There's something very refreshing about a cold breeze, something...pure about a clear sky on a cold day. I'm actually looking forward to winter, I think I must have finally gone and cracked.

I saw a great, entertaining, satisfying movie tonight. If you haven't seen it then run, do not walk to the theater and see Master and Commander: Far Side of the World. ( Gushing Found Here )

Besides seeing movies and suddenly going crazy, I've also had the chance to read a new story this week. It had me engrossed for two or three days, which by my standards is nearly an eternity. So...

Just so people don't think that all I read is fanfiction, I did buy an actual book today;-). I'm looking forward to really starting in on Wicked by Gregory Maguire. I've been wanting to read this book for a while.

Phew, that's a lot of nonsense to ramble on about. Must be all the caffeine I drank today, it's making me all jumpy and random;-).
