All About Sleep

It was a rather uneventful weekend. I actually caught up on quite a bit of sleep, that is, until I had to write that 5 page paper on Machiavelli and stayed up until 3 o'clock in the morning;-). I just couldn't concentrate on the silly thing and while the text isn't too boring and my mind had some interesting observations on the historical situation as a whole, I still couldn't seem to force my thoughts into a semblance of coherency. I really do think I should change my name to Procrastinator, or something evocative like that;-). Anyway, the paper is done with a minimum of gnashing of teeth and I'm free to concentrate on more important things, namely, anything else;-).

Okay, one more random paper fact. I had a hard time finishing it because I kept on distratcting my self with fanfiction ( example here )

You know, it's rather entertaining how easily I can be distracted, especially when I don't want to be doing something in the first place.

The sunrise was gorgeous this morning. Somehow the sky seems so much purer on cold, clear mornings such as this one. That crystalline quality almost made it worth getting out of bed this morning;-).
